Hand Held System

• 1 sensor head, drill block and vaccum system
• 1 targetting computer and mount
• 1 10mm target
• 1 power supply box
• 1 charger
• 1 copy of computer target & calibration check software
• All cables and mounts required to use with the exception of shop floor air - battery box cable and connectors.

Robotic Sensor System

• 1 compact sensor head 40mm diameter
• 1 processor box with RS232 or RS422 output (Please spec when ordering)
• 1 10mm target
• 1 power cable
• Industrial computer and display system available

The unit is supplied factory calibrated and ready to use, but must be returned every 6 - 12 months in production for factory recalibration at AB Electronic Ltd.

This patent pending technology can be modified or repackaged to suit your application and enviroment. It has been developed over 6 years and has been in live aircraft production since 2002, replacing the need to back-drill in most areas. This is the 3rd production version featuring new modifications to deal with the harsh aircraft manufacture environment.

The specifications above are by no means the limit of the technology and higher accuracy, custom package or longer range versions can be produced with little tolling cost.
